Chicken Recipe Crispy Chicken Meatballs

Chicken Meatballs definitely be making its own because there are extra crunchy radish shavings. It feels more delicate and savory soup can be served as fresh. More fun enjoyed hot with extra chili sauce and vegetables. wondering how do I make it?
Crispy Chicken Meatballs

ingredients:
Dough Meat:
150 g minced chicken meat
100 g minced beef
2 cloves garlic, grated
50 g of radishes, chopped
1 / 2 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp plain flour
1 tbsp cornflour
1 egg yolk
1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
Kuah:
1 / 2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
750 ml chicken kalu
1 leek, cut rough
1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
2 tsp salt
Complement:
Green cabbage, cut into pieces, boiled
Round radish, peeled, halved, boiled

How to make:
Dough Meat Stir all ingredients until blended.
Boil enough water in the pan. Shape dough into balls.
Put it in boiling water. Cook until the float. Drain.
Kuah:
Saute garlic until fragrant.
Add the broth and other ingredients. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat.
Place the meatballs and topping in a bowl. Pour Kuahnya.
Serve hot.

Indonesian Meatballs Bakso Recipe

Alternative food when winter meatballs are traditionally served while still hot. In Indonesia, meatballs are called ‘bakso’ and is usually served in a bowl, like soup, with noodles, bean curds (know). President Obama visit to Indonesia when he was enjoying a dish of bakso. Meatball bakso from Indonesia are Obama favorite food while living in Indonesia.


Following recipes to make meatballs from Indonesia
To make meatballs :

  • 250 grams minced beef
  • 35 grams of starch
  • 75 grams of crushed ice cubes
  • 2 egg whites
  • 3 / 4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons garlic fries
  • 2 tablespoons fried shallots
  • salt and pepper to taste


To make the broth :

  • 250 grams of beef ribs (best veal bones to make broth, cooked the day before and store)
  • 1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed and fried
  • 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
  • 1 leek, finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 750 ml water

Additive :

  1. Meatballs Fried Tofu but without the peanut sauce, check the recipe here
  2. Fried meatballs (Fried Meatballs), check the recipe here
  3. 150 g dried egg noodles, cooked and set aside
  4. Green salad or Bak Choy (Chinese cabbage or Indonesia: mustard)
  5. Fried onion
  6. Soy sauce
  7. Chili sauce


Preparation Steps :

  • Mix all ingredients for meatballs and grind them in a food processor until it is sticky. Then put in refrigerator for 45 minutes to an hour.
  • Boil water to cook the meatballs. Scoop with 2 tablespoons and make round balls and put the meatballs into the boiling water. When it floats, it means it’s done. Set aside.
  • Make broth: beef ribs boiled in 750 ml of water, add salt, pepper and remaining ingredients. Cook until it boils. Then add the meatballs in it.
  • Serve meatballs with cooked egg noodles, green salad, tofu, fried meatballs and fried red onion garnish. Add soy sauce and chili sauce if you like. Then pour the broth. Eat when it is hot or warm.
